Fifty-one employees were recognised at this year’s long-service awards, held in London, Immingham and Rotterdam during June. Thirty-four colleagues reached ten years of service, fifteen reached twenty years and two reached twenty-five.
Among them was a senior planner at Tilbury who joined the group’s first freight contract in 2001 and has worked in every role in the planning office since. Together the group’s long-serving colleagues bring more than 700 years of experience to the business.
Every recipient received a commemorative award and an extra day of leave. The group’s profit share is paid to all employees regardless of length of service.
