North Holdings Group · London
Industrial services, logistics and finance, built to last.
We own and grow essential businesses across northern Europe: the companies that keep process plants running, freight moving and mid-sized manufacturers financed.
Who we are
A holding company built for the long term
North Holdings Group is a London-based holding company with operating businesses in industrial maintenance, bulk logistics and specialised finance. We invest for decades rather than quarters, in the unglamorous infrastructure that keeps European industry running.
Founded in 1998 and still majority-owned by its founding partners, the group employs around 2,400 people across the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Revenue for the year to 31 March 2026 was £1.14 billion.

What we do
Three divisions, one balance sheet
Each division is run by its own management team, with capital, treasury and governance provided at group level. That structure keeps decisions close to the customer and the balance sheet strong enough to fund them.

Work with the group
We buy businesses with competent management and a defensible position in a local market, and we hire people who want to run them for a long time.
