Media enquiries
The group communications team handles press questions for all divisions and for Meridian Commodities. Journalists should call the switchboard and ask for the duty press officer. We aim to respond to media enquiries within four working hours during the business day.
Investor relations
The group is privately held and does not publish quarterly results, but it does publish an annual report and half-year trading statement. Bondholders and lending banks should contact group treasury through the switchboard.

Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please tell us before anything else. Complaints about an operating company are handled by that company’s management team in the first instance, and can be escalated to the group company secretary if they are not resolved within 28 days.
