When you visit the site our servers record your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. If you apply for a role or contact us, we also hold the details you give us. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles and we do not sell personal data.
How we use it
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- To respond to enquiries, including media and supplier questions.
- To process job applications, on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Server logs are kept for 90 days. Enquiry records are kept for two years. Applications are kept for twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies. Visitors who simply browse the site are not given any cookies. Cookies beginning “wordpress” or “wp-settings” are set only when group staff sign in to manage the site, and a short-lived comment cookie may be set if you leave a comment on a news article. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict how we use it. Write to the Company Secretary at the registered office. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
